EHS Refund Policy
Why is our policy strict?
Running high-quality development camps requires significant upfront financial commitments. We must secure and pay for expensive arena ice time, insurance, jerseys, and coaching staff months in advance based strictly on our registration numbers.
To keep our camp costs accessible and avoid charging you hidden credit card processing fees upfront, we use a simple timeline-based refund policy. This structure allows parents to book early with confidence, while protecting the program from last-minute cancellations when ice time has already been paid for.
- Administrative Fee Every approved refund is subject to a flat $25.00 administrative fee to cover processing time.
- More than 90 Days Before Camp You receive a Full Refund (minus the $25 admin fee).
- Between 45 and 90 Days Before Camp You receive a 50% Refund (minus the $25 admin fee).
- Less than 45 Days Before Camp Strictly Non-Refundable. At this point, ice and jerseys are fully paid for. Camp credit may only be issued at the sole discretion of Elite Hockey Skills if we are able to fill your specific spot from the waitlist.
- Legacy $150 Deposits For registrations made prior to our policy update, any flat-rate $150 deposits paid remain strictly non-refundable, as agreed upon at the time of your original registration.
