EHS Refund Policy

Why is our policy strict?

Running high-quality training camps requires significant upfront financial commitments. We must secure and pay for expensive arena ice time, insurance, jerseys, and coaching staff months in advance based strictly on our registration numbers.

To keep our training camp costs accessible and avoid charging you hidden credit card processing fees upfront, we use a simple timeline-based refund policy. This structure allows parents to book early with confidence, while protecting the program from last-minute cancellations when ice time has already been paid for.

  • Administrative Fee Every approved refund is subject to a flat $25.00 administrative fee to cover processing time.
  • More than 90 Days Before Training Camp You receive a Full Refund (minus the $25 admin fee).
  • Between 45 and 90 Days Before Training Camp You receive a 50% Refund (minus the $25 admin fee).
  • Less than 45 Days Before Training Camp Strictly Non-Refundable. At this point, ice and jerseys are fully paid for. Training camp credit may only be issued at the sole discretion of Elite Hockey Skills if we are able to fill your specific spot from the waitlist.
  • Injury or Illness Hockey is a contact sport. We coach and supervise every session with player safety as the priority, but collisions happen on the ice, including between players and between players and instructors or coaches, and the risk of injury is inherent to the sport, as acknowledged in the Participant Waiver. An injury before or during camp does not create an automatic right to a refund. If a player cannot attend or complete a camp due to injury or illness, EHS may, at its sole discretion, issue a pro-rated refund or camp credit for the unused days. A doctor's note is required for any injury or illness refund request.
  • Pay Half Now Deposits Refunds are calculated on the amount you have actually paid at the time of cancellation, including any Pay Half Now deposit. The percentages and $25 admin fee above apply to that amount.
  • Legacy $150 Deposits For registrations made prior to our policy update, any flat-rate $150 deposits paid remain strictly non-refundable, as agreed upon at the time of your original registration.
  • Policy Updates EHS may update or amend its policies, including this refund policy, at any time and for any reason. The policy version in effect at the time of your registration applies to that registration.
